Here is an incredibly healthy, nutrient rich shake that will leave you feeling refreshed and energized!

Every morning I make myself and Johnny a shake like this, it is so healthy for you and makes you truly feel alive.

 

Prior to blending, this is what your shake should look like:

 

Ingredients:

3/4 cup Coconut water

1/2 cup Hazelnut milk

1/2 cup Quinoa milk

3/4 cup of filtered water

2 teaspoons of Chia seeds

2 teaspoons of Chia oil

2 teaspoons of Fish oil

2 teaspoons of Almond kernel oil

1 x dessert spoon of Macca powder

1 x dessert spoon of Mesquite powder

Large handful of certified organic baby spinach

Large handful of certified organic kale

1/2 certified organic avocado

2 x teaspoons of coconut oil

4 x dates

1 x banana

12 almonds

Ice cubes

Small clump of sprouts

Splash of Spirulina

Method:

Throw all in a blender and blend until well mixed
